Who is Edwin
Edwin van der Geest is ambassador for self managed teams. He loves to craft empowerment into organisations. Also Edwin is Managing Director at Incentro, a consultancy company focussed on Digital Happiness. Edwin has a BA from The Hague University.
Started as a developer, Edwin worked in various functions within Incentro to become the last Managing Director of Incentro Rotterdam. In that role Edwin uses his enthusiasm and experience to coach several self managed teams. Currently Edwin is working on a playbook about self management. Also Edwin loves to write, speech and inspire about this topic.

minimum viable team, a new team concept
Most of us are very familiar with the MVP phenomena, a Minimum Viable Product. A product in it’s minimum form, as lean as possible. In other words, start building with the smallest form of your desired product. The Lean Startup and the Agile Methodology have made this MVP term common understanding. Good to start small, get experienced and grow bigger.
Why Self Management? We are already a Great Place To Work
At Incentro we are once again awarded as a Great Place To Work. An awesome recognition that focussing on happiness is the key factor for success. And yet, after receiving this recognition, we are not there yet. Because 1 thing is certain: the things we are happy about today, in a while we take that for granted and are not so happy about that.
